What To Watch For in Super Bowl XLII
Super Bowl Sunday has finally arrived. To a football fan, this is like Christmas morning all over again. As you watch the Super Bowl, here are some things to keep an eye on:
QB Tom Brady, New England Patriots
The Patriots quarterback has a supposedly minor ankle injury. How will he move once the game starts? Will he move freely or will he be obviously hampered? The bad news for the Giants is that either way Brady should have a big game. But maybe, just maybe, Brady is more hurt than we all think.
RB Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw, New York Giants
The new Thunder and Lightning is the best hope for the Giants in the Super Bowl. If the Patriots have a weakness, it’s their run defense. Jacobs and Bradshaw will have to have huge days in order for the Giants to pull the upset. Can they do it? Probably not but it’ll be fun watching.
WR Randy Moss and Plaxico Burress
These two guys are just fun to watch. They are both tall, lanky and strong wide receivers who can win a game by themselves. Will one of the two wide receivers have a monster game to carry their team? I’d bet on it. Both players have shown to be big time, big game talents. One of these two players is going to have a monster Super Bowl.
Super Bowl Commercials
You can’t watch the Super Bowl and look forward to the new commercials that will be debuted during the game. Which commercials will be hits? Which commercials will be bombs? Watch and find out!
